On-Site Test and Evaluation is Essential to Success
As your eyes and ears, we are responsible for all platform side and mission systems side requirements. Using our developed blueprints, we validate – determine if the requirement is appropriate for the application – and we verify – determine if the platform physically meets the appropriate requirements.
Abbott On Call has extensive and proven experience in Test and Evaluation as part of our support on the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) program for the US Navy. We are committed to testing and evaluating at three critical steps:
Production/Pre-Delivery
As a ship enters production, we help our customers author specifications, generate procedures, and perform on-site engineering reviews and field tests.
Post-Delivery
In this critical test and inspection phase we see the integration of systems onto the ships for the first time. We are right there alongside our Navy customers ensuring that interfaces are correct by visually verifying that the as-built interfaces work to their specifications.
Post-OWLD/In-Service Ships
Once a ship is delivered to the fleet our work doesn’t end. We continually inspect and evaluate the systems for military readiness. Learn more about Lifecycle Support.
