Mentoring Program
New employees are assigned a mentor when they first start working at AOC, and have regular check ins during the first 6 months of employment.

AOC Offers support to employees who want to go back to school add Master degrees and other certifications to their skillset.
Professional Society Sponsorship
It is important to be up to date with all the latest trends in the Naval World. AOC encourages and will sponsor memberships to societies like the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE) and the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. In addition to receiving publications with white papers written on relevant topics by subject matter experts, there are technical programs and conferences that are available for AOC employees to go to in order to network and meet other leaders and colleagues in the industry.
